The general manager, Patrick Teufack, is a civil engineering engineer, former building coordinator in METALU, businessman, notable and father of many children and grand children.
He contributes to the fulfilment of many young Cameroonians through his support and participation to the various associations, cultural and sports group. He had realised many non-profit making projects in the Menoua division.

- 1982 participation in the road building process between Menouet and Makong
- 1984 Building Classroom for the menouet goverment primary school
- 1987 Maintenance of the Kemtsop-Tchouaden Road
- 1989 Creation of the Nzi-Nzenlah road, 2 km long
- 1990 Electrification of Nzi and Nzenlah 2 km long
- 1992 Installation point d’eau potable à Nzenlah
- 1994 Building of the Tsinlah bridge
- 1996 Creation of the Tsinpouet-paturage road
- 1998 Maintenance of the keulen hospital
- 1999 Bulding a dormitory of 120 beds for students in Dschang
- 2001 Maintenance of of the building of Menouet goverment primary school in Dschang
- 2002 Maintenance of the Nzi-nzenlah road
- 2004 Building of 3 classroom for the goverment Secondary school of Makong
