Sobaf strategy is based on excellence by means of

its human resources

the recruitment of its staff is highly competitive and quantitative. Sobaf employs more than 130 persons of whom 5 civil engineers registered in the national order of civil engineers, 1 energy and automatism engineer, 1 architect, 1 building and civil engineering technician. All those people mostly come from the national high school for engineers and other great businness school in cameroon.
Sobaf staff is increasing but the proportion of women is still poor. This is due to the fact that women are not willing to choose pure technical training while in school. At sobaf, women applications are highly encouraged in working areas such as joinery, civil engineering, structural metalwork.

The constant renewal of its equipment and the permanent training of its operating staff contibute to improve its skill.

its geographical ressources

sobaf has three branches in yaoundé, two in douala and a shift work service in other cities of the country. Moreover an extension is currently in progress within the CEMAC zone.

as far as the managing plan is concerned sobaf has at its disposal:

1. a managing council ( FIDIT conseil)
2. 3 legal councils
3. Several insurance policies
